We encourage you to support California Senate Bill 707 for its consumer protection components.  We represent the alcholics and addicts who use alcohol and drug abuse services -- believing that every treatment facility should be a safe and effective place to heal from addiction. To help California addiction counselors become more knowledgeable, The Justin Foundation offers tuition assistance.  Scholarships for students working to obtain Certification in Drug Addiction Counseling have been awarded for the 2009 - 2010 academic year.  Scholarship applications will be available again next summer for the 2010 - 2011 academic year.
